Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
* Participants must be between 18 and 30 years old at the time of registration.
* Open to all races and genders residing in Singapore.
* Eligible participants include Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, and Malaysians.
* Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the competition organizers or sponsors are not eligible to participate.

2. Registration
* Registration is free of charge.
* All participants must complete the official registration form and submit required supporting documents by the registration deadline of 15 May 2026.
* Incomplete, false, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

3. Competition Rules
* Participants must adhere to the guidelines provided by the organizers at all stages of the competition.
* Participants are expected to demonstrate professionalism, respect, and sportsmanship throughout the competition.
* The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who violates competition rules, behaves inappropriately, or damages the reputation of the competition.

4. Judging and Selection
* Winners will be selected based on criteria including confidence, charisma, leadership, and ability to represent brands effectively.
* Judging decisions are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained regarding the results.

5. Prizes
* Total prize value for champion and runner-ups is $30,000 in cash and prizes.
* Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and subject to any applicable taxes.
* Winners may be required to participate in publicity and promotional activities related to the competition.

6. Use of Personal Information
* By participating, participants consent to the use of their personal information, photographs, videos, and profiles for promotional, marketing, and media purposes by the organizers.
* Personal information will be collected and used in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property
* All content submitted as part of the competition, including videos, photographs, and creative work, remains the property of the participant.
* Participants grant the organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted content for promotional purposes.

8. Disqualification
* The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with the terms and conditions, submits false information, or engages in misconduct.

9. Amendments
* The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law
* The competition is governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes arising from the competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
