RED INTERNATIONAL TALENT & BRANDING PROGRAMME
Terms & Conditions
By registering for the RED International Talent & Branding Programme ("Programme"), the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Participation
1.1 Registration is only confirmed upon full payment of the programme fee.
1.2 All fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise determined by RED International in writing.
1.3 Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
1.4 RED International reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any participant's enrolment without refund if false information, misconduct, or behaviour detrimental to the reputation of RED International is discovered.

2. Programme Benefits
2.1 The Programme includes the benefits stated on the official registration page and marketing materials at the time of registration.
2.2 RED International reserves the right to modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any programme benefit, activity, opportunity, or service without prior notice.
2.3 Any additional services, photos, videos, training sessions, workshops, branding services, or promotional activities beyond the stated programme inclusions may be subject to additional charges.

3. Opportunities & Exposure
3.1 RED International may introduce participants to suitable opportunities, activities, events, campaigns, productions, collaborations, or projects from time to time.
3.2 Participation in the Programme does not guarantee:
  • Employment;
  • Talent representation;
  • Modelling assignments;
  • Hosting engagements;
  • Endorsement contracts;
  • Acting opportunities;
  • Social media collaborations;
  • Media exposure;
  • Sponsorships;
  • Income generation;
  • Commercial opportunities; or
  • Any form of business success.
3.3 Selection for any opportunity shall be at the sole discretion of RED International and/or the respective client, organiser, producer, sponsor, or partner.

4. Photography & Media Usage
4.1 Participants grant RED International and its related companies the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, edit, display, and promote any photographs, videos, recordings, interviews, profiles, testimonials, or content created during or related to the Programme.
4.2 Such materials may be used for marketing, publicity, advertising, social media, websites, publications, exhibitions, events, media campaigns, and promotional purposes without further compensation.
4.3 Participants waive any rights to review, approve, or claim compensation for such usage.

5. Conduct & Reputation
5.1 Participants shall conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
5.2 RED International reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct may harm the reputation, goodwill, interests, business operations, clients, partners, or public image of RED International.
5.3 Participants shall not engage in any unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct while participating in any RED International activity.

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All programme materials, branding, logos, concepts, documents, photographs, videos, and marketing materials remain the intellectual property of RED International unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Participants shall not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit any RED International materials without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 RED International shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, personal, reputational, or commercial loss arising from participation in the Programme.
7.2 Participants participate voluntarily and at their own risk.
7.3 RED International shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage, theft, cancellation, postponement, technical issue, third-party action, or unforeseen circumstance affecting the Programme.

8. Personal Data Protection
8.1 Participants consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and storage of their personal information for programme administration, marketing, promotional activities, business development, event management, and related purposes.
8.2 Personal data may be shared with RED International's related companies, business partners, event organisers, sponsors, clients, media partners, service providers, and authorised representatives where necessary.

9. No Agency or Employment Relationship
9.1 Participation in the Programme does not create any employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or contractual representation relationship between the participant and RED International.
9.2 Participants are not employees, agents, or official representatives of RED International unless separately appointed in writing.

10. Amendments
10.1 RED International reserves the right to amend, revise, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
10.2 The latest version published by RED International shall prevail.

11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
11.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to the Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.

12. DeclarationBy submitting the registration online, I confirm that the information provided is true and accurate, agree to the Programme Terms & Conditions, and consent to RED International using my photos, videos, and profile information for marketing and promotional purposes. I understand that participation does not guarantee any employment, assignments, or opportunities.
