The stage is set for one of the most exciting singing competitions of the year. Be A Superstar 2025 is calling for aspiring vocalists from all walks of life to step up, shine under the spotlight, and showcase their talents.

Open to all races and nationalities, this competition provides a platform for singers in both English and Chinese to rise to stardom.

With two categories -- Open (18 – 39 years) and Senior (40 – 70 years) — the competition celebrates diversity, passion, and the power of music to inspire across generations.

Prestigious Panel of Judges
The Grand Finals will be judged by a star-studded panel of industry veterans:

Wallace Ang, celebrated radio personality, singer-songwriter and host
Celest Chong, renowned singer, actress and host
Lawrence Hiew, multi-talented artiste and promising entrepreneur

“Be A Superstar is not just about who sings the best—it’s about discovering individuals who dare to dream, inspire others, and shine through their unique voices,” said Wallace Ang.

Echoing this, Celest Chong shared, “Music has the power to heal, to connect, and to empower. I’m excited to witness fresh voices who bring authenticity and emotion to the stage.”

Adding to the anticipation, Lawrence Hiew said, “I started my journey on stage too, so I know how life-changing opportunities like this can be. I can’t wait to see the next generation of Superstars rise.”

Performance Guidelines

• Performances must be original or properly licensed.
• All performances must follow competition rules and time limits.

Judging & Public Voting

• Participants will be evaluated on:
  • Vocal ability
  • Stage presence
  • Originality
  • Audience engagement
• Public voting may also contribute to scores.
• Judges’ decisions, combined with public votes, are final.

Media & Promotion

• By participating, contestants agree to the free use of their name, image, and performance for promotion by RED Intentional and sponsors.

Conduct & Disqualification

• Professional behavior is expected at all times.
• Organizers may disqualify participants for misconduct or rule violations.
