Contest Terms and Conditions (Last Edit 1 October 2023)
Before entering any of the competition, please take the time to carefully review and understand these terms and conditions. Your participation in the competition indicates your agreement to comply with the following rules:

Eligibility:
1.1 This competition is open to individuals who meet the specific eligibility criteria outlined in each competition's announcement.
1.2 Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of RED (International) Dragon Holding Pte Ltd and RED Academy Pte Ltd are not eligible to participate.

Entry Submission:
2.1 Contestants must adhere to the guidelines provided in each contest's announcement when submitting their entries.
2.2 All entries must be original and free from any infringement on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
2.3 Entries submitted after the deadline, incomplete submissions, or containing inaccurate information will not be considered.

Winner Selection:
3.1 The process for selecting winners will be detailed in each competition's announcement.
3.2 Champion(s) will be notified using the contact details provided during entry. It is the participant's responsibility to maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information.
3.3 The judgment of the panel of judges is final and binding.

Prizes:
4.1 Prizes will be awarded as specified in each competition's announcement and are non-transferable.
4.2 Champion(s) are required to enter into a 2-year artiste management contract with RED (International) Dragon Holding Pte Ltd for the disbursement of cash prizes. Refusal to sign the 2-year artiste management contract will result in a 50% reduction in cash prizes.
4.3 Please note that all artiste management contracts will automatically renew for an additional year after the initial contract expires without further notification, and all terms and conditions in the artiste management contract will remain the same unless otherwise specified.

Publicity:
5.1 By entering the competition(s), contestants grant RED (International) Dragon Holding Pte Ltd and RED Academy Pte Ltd the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation, including giving consent for the use of their personal data.

Intellectual Property:
6.1 Contestants retain ownership of their original submissions. However, by participating in the competition, contestants grant RED (International) Dragon Holding Pte Ltd an exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute their entries for contest-related purposes.

Privacy:
7.1 Contestants' data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Disqualification:
8.1 RED (International) Dragon Holding Pte Ltd and RED Academy Pte Ltd reserve the right to disqualify individuals who violate these terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent or unethical conduct.
8.2 Disqualified finalists may be required to compensate RED (International) Dragon Holding Pte Ltd and RED Academy Pte Ltd if circumstances warrant, up to a maximum of S$2000.

Liability:
9.1 RED (International) Dragon Holding Pte Ltd and RED Academy Pte Ltd are not responsible for any losses or injuries, including fatalities, sustained during or as a result of participating in the competition(s).

Changes to the Terms and Conditions:
10.1 RED (International) Dragon Holding Pte Ltd and RED Academy Pte Ltd reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Contestants are advised to periodically review them.

Governing Law:
11.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan.

Participation Agreement:
By participating in the competition(s), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
12.1 If you secure a position in the top 5 during the grand final of the competition(s), you will automatically enter into a one-year talent management contract.
12.2 Prior to participating in the competition(s), you affirm your commitment to fulfill the obligations of the one-year talent management contract. Failure to do so will result in a compensation fee of $2000 to the organizer to cover marketing efforts and administrative costs associated with your exposure during the competition(s).
12.3 Should you choose to withdraw from the competition(s) at any point, you will be required to compensate the organizer with $1000 to cover marketing efforts, including any potential investments made on your behalf during the competition.
12.4 Your participation in the competition(s) constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, please refrain from entering any of the competitions.
